Hi, i belive i have missed my period by 4 days, but the last 3 days i have had period like cramps, but no period, i have had 2 negative pregnancy tests, last time tried to conceive was about a week before missed period.. please advise?

With 28 day: cycles, ovulation day is usually day 14. Having intercourse on days 10, 12, and 14 seems to give better results in conceiving. If cycles are longer, ovulation day moves forward, 35 day periods, ovulation day is 21. If cycles are longer or irregular, see your doctor for treatment.
