Normal/common : A 37 C temperature is normal. A fussy baby does so using their breathing muscle that pushes down on the stomach making it hard.Many assume this means they are cramping but that is not necessarily true. It is often best to let infants sort out how they get to sleep. They were quite successful in the womb & can if we don't interfere.
