Swelling: Although you are not itching swelling like your describe is typically from a topical irritant. Pollen or dust exposure classic. Internal problems can cause swelling, but more common to be the face or tongue to swell. Although nephrotic kidney conditions can commonly cause eye swelling. Thyroid problems too.
