Wouldn't think so: A person performs at their best when they get adequate restorative sleep, balanced nutrition, are in good health and function in a comforting environment. At 24 you are much more likely to have a problem in these areas, including another medical issue like sleep apnea than early dementia. You may want to schedule a checkup & discuss this with your doc. You can likely sort it out easily.

Memory issues: Possibilities include fatigue, psychological stress, depression, or something organic. Please start w/a visit to your family doctor. He/she will let you know if you need another type of specialist. Please do not let your thoughts run away w/you. For someone so young, dementia is very low on the list of possibilities. Peace and good health.
