Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Black stools warrant that bleeding in the intestine be excluded It would be prudent to see your doctor and get at least a stool test to rule out blood in stool and then follow your doctor's advice.
