No need: Sorry to maybe burst a bubble, but yogurt and other dairy products do not help diverticulitis or other gastrointestinal infections. The theory is that bacteria in dairy products -- especially Lactobacillus -- are healthful. Unfortunately, natural human lactobacilli are very different, and those in dairy products do not survive in the GI tract.
