My son is 1 year old, and he has strange sores on his tongue, that is quite big and almost looks like big burst blisters and is not going away at all i have noticed it a couple of months ago. what can it be and is it something to be concerned about?

Hard to say: What you describe may in fact be normal glands at the back of the tongue. Without a better description or an exam it is hard to know if they are even abnormal.
