15 mth old is teething. congested/runny nose with green/yellow mucus. went to dr and she said right ear is inflamed. she was unsure about antibiotics but told her pain meds don't really help so she prescribed antibiotics. is this the right advice?

Teething: If ear infected, antibiotics are indicated, and must be taken until all are gone. If your child is teething, it's well past time that s/he should be seeing a Dentist, preferably a Pediatric Dental Specialist (there are numerous Pedodontists in the Barrie area).
