Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may be a fatty mass, "lipoma". It would be prudent to see your doctor who can ascertain the nature of lesion and to advise if it needs to be removed. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
