Yes: If pain continues see your primary care doctor promptly. If symptoms are severe go back to the emergency room.

UTI, PID, other?: I agree with Dr. Kuytems. In addition: Fosfomycin (Urizone®) treats urinary tract infection, but your symptoms suggest more than UTI -- suspicious for pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection) or other potentially serious intra-abdominal problem. See a doctor ASAP -- if pain is severe or you have fever, don't wait, even if it means another ER visit. Good luck.
