Can implantation occur after a missed period? i've had heartburn and headaches like crazy. and light cramps that last a min or less and light bleeding lasting 3/4 days. it's nothing like my normal period with strong cramps. what could it be? period?

It could,: ovulation/conception day can vary widely, causing implantation to be delayed. If this is the case, at some point a pregnancy test would become positive.
