Doctor can recheck: Many things are in the abdomen: stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, abdominal muscles, etc... An exam by a primary care doctor can help out. One cannot simply assume he has the disorder now that he had 3 years ago. Pain in the right upper abdomen, especially with symptoms that occur after eating, can be due to gallstones, other gall bladder disease, etc...
