My 14 yr old daughter is having lower back pain on her right side and headaches. been going on for 3 days now with both. back is tender to the touch. she's took pain reliever but it hasn't helped.

Puzzling : This will likely require an exam & some testing to sort out. A kidney infection would cause pain this way or trauma. I would have her examined in the next 24 hrs.
