How long will it take for a one time dose of 10mg diazepam (valium) to not show up on a urine test? i'm 33 years old, 5'10" 159lbs.

Depends: There is always a range and tests may vary considerably in their sensitivity and specificity, but diazepam is expected to be detected up to 7-10 days from last dose. Concomitant use of other drugs may increase further the detection interval. Best will be to declare use prior to test.
