Couple wks or more: 1st, never take prescription drugs not prescribed to you. Luckily you didn't sustain a drug-drug interaction. Generic diazepam has a half-life of 30-60hrs while its major active metabolite has half-life of around 30-100hrs. It takes 5+ half-lives to clear something from your body so count on 500+hrs (close to 3wks) before urine test is negative. Obviously depends upon other factors too beyond 400c
