Odd post: A temperature of 34.5 in not considered fever. It is subnormal & likely a sign of malfunctioning equipment or method. If the kid is otherwise active & just whining about the throat I would consider the equipment issue & replace it. If the kid is lethargic I would go to the nearest ER. If true the temperature would suggest something really bad is happening.
