Hi there, i have a strong headache, i would like to have an advice to buy a medication ?

Time to see doctor: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work or school. Some people temporarily try OTC Tylenol, Motrin, Aleve, etc., but a person can get rebound headaches from overuse of these. A bad or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache or with other worrisome symptoms should be checked.
