My 3 year old has 24 spots that look like chicken pox on his stomach, blood test came back with negative results. what could it be? no fever just itch

Anything: Could be bug bug bites, papular urticaria, a viral rash, eczema, dry skin. Rashes are not easily diagnosed without seeing them. If it is not chicken pox and is not going away then see a dermatologist.
