I have only a few raise moles but just this week i noticed one on my lower back thats raised and feels like a pimple and hurts could it be cancerous?

Uncertain: Please have this checked by a doctor. This type of thing needs to be examined to be sure. At your age, skin cancer is not likely, but not unheard of. Better to be safe and get that checked out.
