BCP side effects: Spotting is common with birth control pill use as long as it is light and non-continuous. Although spotting can be a sign of the presence of excess estrogen effects by certain BCP’s, use of a so-called ‘mini-pill’ that uses more progestins in it can help relieve spotting. You may need to see your OB Gyn if dizziness is present, as this may be an unrelated symptom that needs to be investigated

See your doctor: Please see your doctor. You need to have an examination and possibly some lab testing to make sure the dizziness is not from another cause. As I do not know how long ago your 2nd child was born, it is hard to know if it is possible that you are pregnant again? I hope you feel better soon.
