I started my period for the first time in 4 months bc im on the depo shot. ive bleed thru over 20 regular tampons in the last 3 hours. im extremely weak and dizzy and ive fainting twice. should i go to the er?

That is quite a bit of bleeding and, given your symptoms, you probably should get evaluated in the emergency room. They can get some labs on you and have a gynecologist evaluate you as well. So, yes, go to the nearest ER. Good luck!
