I don't understand: What a false pregnancy in a woman after hysterectomy would be since she won't have periods? Do you mean a swelling belly? Yes, she can have a pelvic or abdominal mass.

Yes: False pregnancy tests are always possible. Almost no test is 100% accurate all the time. There are women with lupus who will test positive for pregnancy.
