Is hysterectomy to remove uterus more difficult if you haven't had a pregnancy.

Depends: It depends on a lot of factors. For example, what type of hysterectomy? A vaginal hysterectomy is, on average, more challenging in someone who hasn't had children. Its less of a factor with abdominal hysterectomies and laparoscopic hysterectomies. Best wishes!
