Heparin: Heparin can cause inflammation of the eye Injection tearing and irritation. If so see an ophthalmologist for treatment. If contact lenses were in replace with new pair.

A "JOKE": IT'S NOT! That Heparin is both active on your eye and long lasting (luckily reversible!) but it is absorbed biologically ! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
