This is a myth: There is a lot of misinformation about Heparin and Lovenox (enoxaparin) out there. These are injectable blood thinners that can be helpful for women with recurrent miscarriage due to anti phospholipid syndrome - a type of lupus. It is currently not recommended for infertility or for recurrent miscarriage unless you have anti phospholipid syndrome. This is a new acog recommendation just this year.
