Unclear question: Thrombosis of a superficial vein due to exposure to hypertonic solution should not need surgery or anticoagulants. Wish you good health!

Not easy: this requires a coordinated team responds local caretakers. My 2 cents: investigate a clotting disorder such as the prothrombin gene mutation, factor V Leiden, etc. There are about 7 different tests needed. Although perhaps unconventional, instead of heparin I would treat you with NOAC = Xarelto or Eliquis, In addition, I'd use topical, not oral NSAID, HRS www.thepmc.org
