Do nothing: There's nothing to do and it doesn't matter. The double dose is harmless. Amox/clav (Augmentin®) can cause diarrhea; maybe a slight increased chance of loose stools in the next day or two. Don't worry about it.

Sit tight: The extra clavulinic acid gotten by taking 2 doses at once is capable of irritating your stomach. I would take the next dose on schedule unless your prescribing physician advised you otherwise as he/she knows your current status as regards the infection being treated.
