May be flu only: I would suggest waiting one more day to gauge symptoms. Treat your symptoms with fluids, rest and controlling fever. If you have been exposed to Strep, your PCP may prescribe treatment if you contact them by phone. Flu like symptoms tend to resolve slowly over the course of about 10 days.
