What symptoms differenciate, influenza, covid19, and strep throat from each other. my daughters simptoms started with high fever 39 degrees celsius = 102 degrees fahrenheit. it went up too 41 degrees c within 24 hours. now have nasty cough 30 hrs in?

Illnesses with fever: As previous answer noted, can’t diagnose here. It may be helpful to know that influenza and Covid are more often associated with cough than strep in which the sore throat is common along with fever and swollen glands under the chin. When safe, testing is the best option.
