Good day. i got severe abdominal pain and discomfort so the hospital did blood tests, my test came back and i saw s-hcg quantitative (0 - 5 miu/ml) < 1.2. can anyone please tell me what that means?

The HCG result <1.2 means a negative result. If a positive result, it would usually mean a pregnancy. HCG gradually disappears after a pregnancy ends, such as after delivery, miscarriage, or induced abortion.
