Blood pressure : When checking blood pressure properly in a person should be sitting, resting, with their feet on the floor, in a quiet room for five minutes, and not eating or smoking at least 30 minutes. Blood pressure changes easily from several stimulants such as eating, emotional stress, smoking, moving, pain, illness.
