Unlikely: Mumps in childhood rarely leads to either inflammation of the testis (orchitis) or problems with sperm production in adults. Were it to happen in an adult, that would have more potential for that effect. I would consult a urologist or fertility specialist for a better understanding of what or why you may have this problem.
