What's the question?: A girl's night out of your friend's with an age presumably around yours of 17 and with a statement you made of "a typical hangover" concerns me very much for likely problems of your friend in terms of alcohol abuse. It would be best if you spoke to her about seeking help for this sort of thing before she gets into really serious trouble that will affect her entire life.

DEHYDRATION: Excess Alcohol use can cause dehydration which will give MYALGIAS /Nausea/headache/vertigo. Usually secondary to dehydration. Push fluids water 64-80 oz/dy. Zinc 100mg. VITC 5gm. If symptoms persist or worsen seek prompt evaluation.
