You need an ear exam: An infection in your ear canal can create discharge, sensation of ear fullness, & hearing loss because of the volume of discharge & the swelling of the canal itself. A build-up of wax within the canal can cause similar symptoms. Also, is it possible something is stuck in the ear canal which shouldn't be there (an insect, or a piece of a cotton-tipped swab)? You should have a doctor take a look!
