My 5 year old has lumps on the lower part of his head and complaints he can't bend his head to his chest?

Needs to be seen: I would be concerned that the lumps are lymph nodes. If he can not bend his head to his chest, then meningitis is a possibly. While there are other concerns, meningitis is the most serious and should be investigated as soon as possible.
