I have made an app with my specialist to check bile duct but he is only available in two weeks. over the past two days i have got a pain in my back and am worried that it is affecting my pancreas should i go to gp for tests and antibiotics ?

Maybe you can wait : SOunds like a hepatobiliary issue— something involving the liver, gallbladder and/or pancreas. This evaluation should involve blood tests and any number of possible imaging studies. Two weeks is a reasonable time to wait provided you are not having worsening symptoms like worsening pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, weight loss, yellowing of the eyes (icterus) and/or skin (jaundice)
