Asthmatic. diagnosed with bronchitis trying to preventive a typical pneumonia. got albuterol, steroids and combination meds. bad attack tonight lungs are on fire. oxygen good when on my pumps. any suggestions on what to do? im a very active person

Urgent care: You may need additional days of oral steroid therapy, more frequent Albuterol treatments and the addition of other controller medications. The triggers of this asthma attack episode should be reduced. Avoid smoke, dust, animal hair and please see a physician right away. Monitor your temperature, treat fever, drink fluids and rest. A flu test is indicated, if it has not already been completed.
