I am 10 weeks pregnant. i am suffering from diarrhea for a day now, accompanied by minor cramps. is this normal? what medication can i take? i have been keeping hydrated in the meantime.

Hydration/ job#1: Keeping hydrated during this bout of diarrhea is the most important job that you can do at this time. If the diarrhea persists beyond 48 hours, please see your OB MD who can exam you and determine the fetal heart tones as well as any further testing or Rx. needed.
