21 yo m, have had 3 instances in year of light spots in vision. similar to after you stare at the sun or lights. lasts about 30 min, cant read or distinguish faces, and then vision returns normal and i get a headache. possible tia?

Unlikely: Your description fits better migraine attacks with visual aura. Other possible causes, including TIA cannot be ruled out, but are less likely. Do not hesitate to talk to your doc as your attacks may get worse.
