An ear wick was inserted in the ear. after two days the ear wick is wet and leaking fluid. what should i do?

Ear wick: Ear wicks often fall out on their own, but if they don't they're usually manually removed after 2 days. I assume you had a swollen ear canal prior to the insertion of the wick and needed treatment with ear drops. You need another ear examination to see if continued treatment is needed and if the swelling receded. If so ear drops can be used without a wick.
