Visit: If improving and you can keep fluids down likely you can stay home. If signs of the following: heart rate at rest greater than 100, little or no urine output over 12 hours, irritable, sunken eyes, decreased tears, dry mucous membranes, tenting of skin, delayed capillary refill, cool and or pale then you should go. If not rest, fluids in small amounts regularly and allow the virus to run course.
