IUD ?'s: Although most IUD's can remain in place for years without problems, occasionally the IUD will migrate to the endocervical canal, where it can cause pain as described. See your gyn physician for an exam to see if the IUD is still in the correct location and/or may need removal.

Can be from : the IUD, or endometriosis, or interstitial cystitis. An exam, testing, and ultrasound with you doctor's guidance would likely be the best course of action.
