Back pain: Back pain can be difficult to deal with. If you are able to go to the bathroom that is a good sign. Inability to not defecate or urinate or foot drop would be indications to be seen immediately. If you have had and injection (I assume a steroid) that can take a day or two to get results. Continue pain meds and perhaps warm shower or bath.
