Just wondering, if i were to use lorazepam (ativan) but stop using it 1-2 days before a blood test could this cause my creatinine levels to elevate?

Seriously doubt the Ativan use or nonuse has any relationship to changes in creatinine levels. If this is elevated, discuss how to manage with your doctor.

no, lorazepam is metabolized by the liver and will no effect on renal function or the creatinine level
