Some thoughts...: If otherwise normal and healthy, one gains weight by eating or drinking MORE calories than he uses up. One should be avoiding junk or fast food unless skilled at selecting only healthy items at fast food restaurants. Keeping a well balanced diet assures the body is getting all the nutrients one need. Exercise is very good for the body, but one should be sure to eat enough to fuel his exercising.
