Not worrisome: Kids at this age often vomit from excitement, especially if they ate or drank something recently. If the vomit is bloody, go to the ER. If he has a fever, it could be a viral illness. Otherwise, limit volumes he drinks , especially if you know he will be excited soon. Follow up with his doc
