So I go through periods where I want and try, to lose weight. Eventually I get to a point of noticable gains, feel really good about my progress, but then I feel guilty because I blame myself for letting global body image standards impact my view of myself. I'm right around 250-255lbs, and I'd love to get down to the 200 I was in college. But I don't want to admit that my body is somehow lacking if I don't get down to that weight.
