I'm 19 weeks pregnant i had lower abdominal pain on my left side since i found out that i'm pregnant, my gynae said they are growing pains but they not going away, right now i struggle to walk, stretch my legs apart , sit or move without pain.

R/o hip problems: IN pregnancy braxton hick contractions- similar to growing pains happen around this period especially. But if you have problems with sitting, moving around,walking ,need to r/o problems with hips/other conditions like tendinitis-inflammation of tendons. Get examined by orthopediacian. Don't get xrayed as it is injurious to the baby. Magnetic scan is okay. Consult ur obstetrician before imaging.
