Bladder irritability: It could be from inflammation of the urinary bladder by infective agents as well as chemical inflammation in some cases. It is called cystitis which can cause hematuria,in addition to the urinary tract infections arising at kidney level. You need urine culture to be done and prescription medications to be provided by your PCP.
