Urinating every 5min in the evening, during the day its normal at night, struggle to fall asleep due to constantly having to go to the bathroom , its been happening for 9 months , not pregnant, no infection ?

Weight on bladder: It might be a structure pressing on bladder (such as prominent uterus) or possibly another structure like sigmoid colon or other mass that is "positional".... meaning it may not be pressing on bladder at all times, but only when you lay in a certain position. One more common possibility could be related to mass in uterus such as a fibroid. Imaging with ultrasound, MRI, or CT may be helpful.
